In this role, you will coordinate all phases of construction, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Your expertise will drive project success through effective planning, resource management, and team collaboration. Responsibilities Manage projects assigned to you from start to finish Develop project schedules and coordinate logistics Maintain records throughout the project and organize project files Develop change orders and pricing Collaborate with staff and all field personnel on your projects Participate in project meetings and site visits to ensure safety protocols are followed and quality standards are met Utilize tools such as ProCore for project documentation, communication, and progress tracking Skills Proven experience in construction management with knowledge of project scheduling and site supervision Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat and similar software Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with excellent time management skills Hands-on experience with construction site operations and safety protocols Familiarity with project management methodologies specific to heavy civil or commercial construction projects Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications
