Job Description Job Description Job Description Riverwalk Apartments is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent and Project Manager to join our team for a ground-up multifamily construction project. We are looking for motivated professionals with strong leadership skills and proven experience managing new construction projects involving apartments, hotels, or similar large-scale commercial/residential developments. The ideal candidates will be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of overseeing projects from start to finish while ensuring schedules, budgets, quality standards, and safety requirements are met. Responsibilities Superintendent Responsibilities Oversee daily on-site construction activities Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel Ensure projects remain on schedule and within scope Maintain job site safety and compliance standards Conduct site inspections and quality control checks Communicate project progress with ownership and management teams Resolve field issues and construction delays efficiently Project Manager Responsibilities Manage project timelines, budgets, and overall execution Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients Review contracts, drawings, and project specifications Track project costs, change orders, and procurement Lead project meetings and provide progress updates Ensure all work meets quality and compliance standards Assist in scheduling and project planning from preconstruction through completion Qualifications Experience in ground-up new construction projects required Prior experience with apartment complexes and/or hotel construction strongly preferred Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and project coordination Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents Excellent communication and leadership skills Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Proficiency with construction management software is a plus Company Description Commercial Services Realty is a boutique, full-service, Commercial Real Estate company, that specializes in brokerage, development, construction, and management for our partners and clients. Currently we are under construction for Riverwalk Berlin Apartment 200 units as well as a 90-room hotel.
