Job Title:
Project Executive Job Description We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Construction Project Manager to join our team. Our company specializes in commercial, clean room, pharmaceutical, and semiconductor projects. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, innovative solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients. This role requires exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Responsibilities Oversee all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion. Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources. Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines and budget constraints. Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to project specifications and safety protocols. Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential project risks. Manage procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness. Lead project meetings and facilitate effective communication among all project team members. Provide operational management to the entire executive team and subcontractors. Maintain contact with the client during the construction process. Responsible for the financial monitoring and settlement of the projects. Supervise the executive staff to ensure they are qualified to perform the work. Responsible for work planning and coordination so that the work is carried out according to quality criteria. Manage the entire implementation process from the takeover of work preparation to delivery. Essential Skills Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on commercial, clean room, pharmaceutical, or semiconductor projects. Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools such as MS Project, Procore, and Sage. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Strong analytical and decision-making abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. Additional Skills & Qualifications PMP or similar certification is a plus. Knowledge of sustainable construction practices and LEED certification is a plus. Experience with change orders, RFIs, submittals, and take-offs. Experience working on healthcare projects and/or manufacturing, clean rooms, biopharma. Emphasis on scheduling. 7-10+ years of experience in high-end, clean room, pharmaceutical, or semiconductor projects. Work Environment The work environment includes a split between the company's headquarters in Brookfield and worksite locations in Connecticut (Fairfield, Hartford, New Haven counties) and Poughkeepsie, NY. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brookfield, CT. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $160000.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
