Business Development Manager (Commercial Construction)

We are a growing construction company focused on hotel renovation projects across the country , delivering high-quality work with strong attention to detail, efficient execution, and long-term client partnerships. We are looking to bring on a Business Development Representative who will play a key role in expanding our network and building meaningful relationships with hotel owners, management companies, and developers . Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new opportunities within the hospitality sector Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both prospective and existing clients Lead client conversations, presentations, and proposal coordination, including responding to RFPs Work closely with project managers and estimators to support accurate pricing and project alignment Manage and track opportunities from initial outreach through project award Support contract discussions and ensure a smooth transition from preconstruction to execution Represent the company at industry events, networking opportunities, and trade shows Maintain a strong understanding of our services and effectively communicate our approach and capabilities Qualifications Experience in business development, client relations, or a similar role (construction industry preferred) Familiarity with hotel or hospitality renovation projects is a strong plus Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills Ability to understand construction proposals, budgets, and project scope Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple opportunities at once Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM tools is a plus Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed Preferred Background Existing relationships within the hospitality or construction industry Understanding of construction project workflows, bidding processes, and client expectations Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus What We Offer Competitive base compensation with performance-based incentives Opportunity to grow within a company expanding nationwide Collaborative and supportive team environment Involvement in dynamic hotel renovation projects across the U.S.

$60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
