This role offers an exciting opportunity to coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage project schedules, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality construction work. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be instrumental in driving project efficiency, maintaining safety standards, and fostering strong client relationships. Your expertise will help transform blueprints and schematics into tangible structures, ensuring every phase aligns with budget, timeline, and quality expectations. Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to facilitate seamless project communication and collaboration. Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar construction management software to track progress and milestones. Oversee construction site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to accurately interpret project requirements and specifications. Manage procurement processes including construction estimating, bid evaluations with HeavyBid or comparable tools, and contract negotiations. Utilize tools like ProCore and Bluebeam for document control, RFIs (Request for Information), submittals, and change order management. Monitor project costs through construction management software to prevent overruns while maintaining quality. Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, resolve issues promptly, and ensure adherence to project timelines. Facilitate effective project coordination by managing subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams throughout all phases of construction. Experience Proven experience in construction management with a minimum of several years working on large-scale commercial or civil projects. Strong background in construction site experience including blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and civil 3D applications. Demonstrated proficiency in project scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 or similar platforms like MS Project. Familiarity with construction estimating processes using HeavyBid or equivalent software for accurate cost forecasting. Hands-on experience with contracts management and understanding of legal aspects related to construction projects. Skilled in using construction management software such as ProCore for daily documentation and communication tracking. Ability to read technical drawings and schematics accurately while coordinating multiple stakeholders effectively. Excellent time management skills with a focus on meeting deadlines without compromising safety or quality standards.
