Ensure construction safety and compliance by enforcing safety protocols, operational qualifications, and performance metrics across all field activities. Promote innovation and efficiency by identifying opportunities for automation, improved workflows, and construction best practices. Maintain regulatory accountability ensuring all major construction activities comply with applicable FERC, NERC, state, and local requirements. Support risk identification and mitigation by partnering with senior leadership to evaluate project risks, cost impacts, and mitigation strategies. Report to executive leadership by preparing and presenting project status, cost‑schedule‑risk updates, and performance metrics in executive‑level meetings.
