We're seeking an experienced Senior Residential Construction Project Manager to lead high-end residential construction projects from preconstruction to closeout, ensuring every build meets our standards of excellence. As a Senior Residential Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of residential renovation projects, including project planning, managing budgets, schedules, and teams. You will ensure profitability, quality control, and client satisfaction while supervising staff and subcontractors to deliver projects on time and in compliance with building codes. If you are a hands-on leader who takes take pride in craftsmanship, attention to detail, and providing exceptional customer service, we want to talk to you! What You'll Do (Responsibilities):
Project Leadership:
Oversee multiple residential projects simultaneously, from initial scoping and budgeting to final walkthroughs.Budget & Scheduling:
Develop, track, and manage project budgets, change orders, and cost controls to ensure profitability.Site Supervision:
Perform regular site visits to ensure adherence to safety, quality standards, and building regulations, often guiding assistant project managers and subcontractors.Client Relations:
Act as the primary contact for owners, architects, and engineers, providing regular updates and managing expectations.Procurement & Planning:
Negotiate contracts and manage procurement of materials and subcontractors, ensuring timely delivery to the site.Team Mentorship:
Supervise and mentor junior project managers and assistant project managers, fostering professional growth. What We're Looking For (Qualifications): Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience). 7-10+ years of experience in construction project management. PMP (Project Management Professional) is highly preferred. Proven ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction. Deep understanding of residential building codes, methods, and materials. Proficient in construction management software (Buildertrend or similar). Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyWhat You'll Get:
