The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable coordinating daily site activity, subcontractors, materials, schedules, and quality control. Experience in residential construction is required. Passive House or high-performance building experience is a plus, but not required for the right candidate. This position may be full-time, with part-time also possible depending on the candidate. Salary is based on skill and experience.
