Immediate project would start in the New Haven, CT area but could stretch up to southern MA as well - must be able to travel to the active sites as needed. As a Construction Superintendent, your primary responsibility is to oversee all work on the job-site, anticipate problems and coordinate subcontractors to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget. Other responsibilities include; Maintain schedule and budget Maintain quality standards Ensure proper safety guidelines are followed daily, facilitate safety training Complete site inspections Maintain all proper documentation and records Looking for candidates with 5+ years relevant experience Must have strong organizational and communication skills Commercial construction experience preferred (municipal, healthcare or government a plus) Please submit your resume through Indeed or contact JMT Staffing at 781-558-2589 for immediate consideration.
