Position OverviewWe're looking for a skilled Lead Remodeler who not only takes pride in their craft but also values the human side of the work. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading projects, mentoring others, and building trust with clients during some of the most important (and sometimes stressful) moments in their lives. Key Responsibilities Lead residential carpentry projects from start to finish Supervise and mentor crew members, ensuring high-quality workmanship Communicate clearly with clients, keeping them informed and comfortable throughout the process Interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications accurately Coordinate with subcontractors, and suppliers Maintain job site safety, cleanliness, and organization Problem-solve on the fly while keeping both quality and client experience top of mind What We're Looking For 5+ years of carpentry experience, with leadership responsibility preferred Strong knowledge of construction methods, tools, and materials Ability to read and execute plans with precision Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A calm, professional demeanor—especially when working with clients in sensitive situations A genuine passion for helping people and making a positive impact through your work Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Why Join Us?
