New Haven, CT The company is hiring a proven Construction Project Manager to support leading a large-scale commercial construction project in the Connecticut market. The ideal candidate is responsible for managing and coordinating all project resources, documentation, schedules, budgets, and quality requirements throughout the full project lifecycle, while maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams. Key responsibilities of the Construction Project Manager include: Lead and communicate with the firm's Field Supervision, Subcontractors and Vendors to assist them in working to the Project Schedule. Ensure optimum use of labor, materials, equipment, and all project resources. Represent the company with Client(s), Architects, Consultants, Government Authorities, Vendors and Subcontractors. Represent the company professionally with clients, architects, engineers, consultants, vendors, and authorities. Key requirements of the Construction Sr.
Project Manager include:
Strong commercial construction project management experience (concrete, structural packages, self‑perform scopes, or general building trades preferred). Strong understanding of cost management, estimating, contract administration, scheduling, and safety management.
