- Job Description The Assistant Super is responsible for: Onsite daily in Newington CT Enforcing and supporting jobsite safety and security compliance Assisting in executing QA/QC processes Coordinating subcontractor activities through onboarding, daily work planning, deliveries, housekeeping, manpower tracking, and scope adherence Supporting daily field operations by coordinating schedules, documentation, and issue resolution to maintain productivity, quality, and schedule Providing field leadership by supporting the Lead Superintendent, maintaining strong trade relationships, mentoring staff, and fostering a collaborative jobsite environment MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
