will be responsible for:
Supporting the planning, coordination and execution of construction activities on site Assisting with site logistics, sequencing and short-term scheduling Monitoring subcontractor performance, productivity and quality of work Ensuring safety standards are upheld and site compliance is maintained Coordinating inspections and supporting close-out activities Acting as a key point of contact on site in the absence of the Superintendent MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. should have:
2+ years of Superintendent experience Experience working on either interior or ground up projects $2M+ Strong communication skills- verbal and written Proficient in Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft or other related software A safety-first mindset with a high standard of workmanship Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or Architecture is preferred What's on Offer The Assistant Superintendent
