About Our Client This established and fast-growing general contractor specializes in large-scale multifamily rehabilitation and renovation projects, with a strong focus on affordable housing. With a workforce that has expanded significantly in recent years, the company is evolving into a major national player while maintaining a collaborative and entrepreneurial culture. The Project Executive will play a critical role in driving operational excellence and supporting continued expansion, working closely with leadership to elevate project delivery. This Project Executive position sits at the forefront of strategic growth and offers direct access to senior decision-makers. Job Description Lead and oversee multiple Project Managers and active construction sites simultaneously Serve as the primary client-facing leader, managing relationships with owners and stakeholders Drive execution and delivery across multifamily renovation projects (typically $10M
  • 20M) Collaborate with field teams, subcontractors, and internal leadership to ensure project success Support recruitment efforts by leveraging industry network to build strong project teams Navigate tenant-occupied environments and manage sensitive on-site situations Travel across regional job sites (primarily NY/NJ and occasionally DC) as needed Operate with a high degree of autonomy as a senior Project Executive within six months Work cross-functionally with leadership to support regional growth initiatives Act as a strategic partner in expanding operations and mentoring emerging leaders MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.

The Successful Applicant 10-15+ years of construction experience, with Senior PM or Project Executive experience Strong background in multifamily renovation, ideally including occupied rehabs Experience with affordable or low-income housing projects is highly preferred Demonstrated ability to lead multiple projects and teams at scale Polished, client-facing communicator with strong leadership presence Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and tenant interactions Solid project tenure with a track record of stability and progression Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment Familiarity with markets from North Carolina through Delaware is a plus Degree preferred but not required What's on Offer Competitive annual salary ranging from $210,000 to $260,000 USD.
