  • DC Metro will: Manage base building construction projects from preconstruction through completion Lead preconstruction efforts including budgeting, estimating, scheduling, and constructability reviews Oversee subcontractors, consultants, and internal project teams to ensure project goals are met Maintain control of project cost, schedule, quality, and safety Proactively identify risks and resolve issues before they impact the project Coordinate closely with owners, architects, and agency partners Ensure compliance with contract documents, regulatory requirements, and company standards Support project close‑out, turnover, and warranty processes MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
