Day Program Manager Salary Range:
$49,920 - $67,600 annually
Starting Rate:
$24.00/hour (based on experience) Up to $32.50/hour Job Qualifications Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Human Services, related field or enrollment in an accredited degree program preferred. Must have HS Diploma/GED Minimum 2 years of experience of working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or related human services program Minimum 1 year experience supervising staff Must be able to read and write the English Language Valid Driver's License, travel is required; employee must have reliable transportation Major Responsibilities Duties Included but not limited to the following : Training and supervising all direct support professional staff Develop and maintain daily schedule and staffing ratio Oversight of transportation routes and assignments Develop and monitor of all participant goals Maintain attendance for billing Manage budget, supplies, equipment and vehicles Comply with all regulations, policies, and procedures Maintain all required training, including medication administration Monitor all functions of day program
