Site Manager Hours:
Minimum 40 hours per week; weekend availability requiredReports To:
Ownership and Regional General Manager Position Summary The Site Manager is responsible for overseeing all daily operations of the car wash facility, ensuring the site operates efficiently, safely, and profitably. This role includes leadership of staff, maintenance of equipment, financial accountability, and delivering a high-quality customer experience. Operations & Maintenance Perform all opening and closing procedures accurately and on time Manage daily cash handling, including counting money and preparing deposits (as required) Ensure all equipment and systems are fully operational Troubleshoot issues across tunnel, self-serve bays, and office systems Perform minor repairs and coordinate major repairs Conduct routine preventative maintenance Minimize downtime through proactive issue identification Maintain inventory levels of parts, chemicals, and supplies Schedule and oversee pit cleaning and maintenance services Follow up on third-party services (landscaping, trash removal, etc.) Site Appearance & Safety Maintain a clean, safe, and professional site Ensure grounds are free of litter and debris Keep interior areas, tunnels, and self-serve bays clean Monitor trash receptacles to prevent overflow Enforce all safety standards and procedures Respond promptly to alarms and urgent issues Team Leadership & Staffing Recruit, hire, and onboard employees Train, supervise, and manage staff performance Create and manage employee schedules Enforce attendance and appearance standards Conduct annual performance reviews Handle disciplinary actions with documentation Hold regular team meetings Customer Service & Communication Respond to customer inquiries in-person, phone, email, and online Handle and document customer concerns and damage claims Maintain accurate customer and operational data Submit end-of-day reports and respond to emails daily Financial Performance & Accountability Ensure accurate daily close-outs and financial records Monitor performance to increase revenue and reduce costs Maintain profitability and efficiency standards Administrative & Reporting Responsibilities Communicate supply and repair needs to Regional Manager Maintain computer systems functionality Participate in meetings and collaborate with other managers Marketing & Community Engagement Assist with planning and executing events Ensure business hours are accurate on Google Keep promotional boards updated Respond to online reviews professionally Additional Expectations Maintain communication with leadership and peers Demonstrate initiative and problem-solving Contribute to a team-oriented environmentPay:
