GENERAL INFORMATION

This Full-time position is a 40 plus hour work week, Monday-Friday, 7:00 am - 4pm. Compensation is $19.15 p/h with a pay grade 3. This position reports to the Director of Community Based Operations. Schedules may include Saturday's and/or Sundays due to the needs of the agency. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

A Work Crew Supervisor/Floater provides direction and training for adults with disabilities and is responsible for all documentation required by KSI. Must be able to perform all tasks at the job site and must provide supervision during break periods. The main responsibility of a Work Crew Supervisor along with supervising adults with disabilities, is to follow all standards per contract obligations of the Host Company. This position provides support and back up coverage to the Director of Community Based Operations. As the Work Crew Supervisor, you are required to maintain safety, quality control of production, and ensure production quotas are met daily.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Physical requirements include the ability to stand, sit, and/or walk for up to 2.5 hours before breaks; must be able to do frequent reaching, bending and stooping; and must be able to do occasional pulling and pushing, and shared lifting.

QUALIFICATIONS

High School diploma or equivalent is required. A minimum of one-year experience working in production is preferred. As the Work Crew Supervisor, you must have good computer skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office and other programs, have basic reading and math skills, as well possess good leadership skills in dealing with adults with disabilities. Training certifications required will be provided through KSI. Must be able to pass a criminal background check, adult and child abuse registry check and sex offender listing. Must have or be able to obtain a valid Driver's license and have no more than two moving violations at the time of hire. Must demonstrate a positive attitude, have excellent communication skills and be willing to be part of a winning team.
