Bilingual Site Supervisor

JGF Construction is looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Site Supervisor with excellent leadership and problem-solving skills for a full-time role. The ideal candidate should have field experience in construction, the ability to lead crews, coordinate with subcontractors, manage project timelines, and ensure daily operations run smoothly on-site. Strong communication is essential, as this role requires frequent collaboration between field staff and office management in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

Bilingual (English/Spanish) Full-time availability 2+ years of experience in construction supervision or a similar role Strong knowledge of residential and/or commercial construction practices Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications Proven experience in coordinating with subcontractors and managing schedules Strong understanding of construction safety protocols and OSHA regulations Excellent leadership and team management skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Comfortable using basic construction software or mobile project management tools Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
