Heavy Civil Foreman

Job Overview Site Development company located in New Castle, DE & Millsboro, DE is looking for a hard-working, dedicated construction Foreman with heavy civil technical field knowledge to manage a crew. The jobsites will mainly be from Dover to Northern New Castle County, DE with a possibility of occasional work in Sussex County, DE. The candidate will work under the direct supervision of the general superintendent. This position is responsible for the supervision of safe and efficient field operations for assigned job sites. Qualifications Site and Civil Experience Be able to read civil prints Knowledge of how to shoot grades Install signs, bollards and parking bumpers Small concrete curb and sidewalk work Small hot mix patching General grading, topsoiling, seeding and stabilization Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide project execution. Supervise on-site personnel, providing leadership and direction to ensure efficient workflow. Implement quality control measures throughout the construction process to meet project specifications.
