High-End Residential Construction Superintendent

This position is located in the Bahamas and not Apollo Beach. Looking for an experienced high end custom home superintendent to relocate. Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced custom homes Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with expertise in project scheduling, budgeting, and quality control. This role requires excellent leadership abilities to supervise on-site teams effectively while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project specifications. Duties Manage all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Supervise construction site activities, including coordinating subcontractors and laborers. Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and Primavera P6 for project scheduling and documentation. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and enforce safety standards in accordance with OSHA regulations. Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure adherence to project specifications. Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of workmanship. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers. Qualifications Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent. Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices. Proficiency in construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, and HeavyBid. Solid understanding of budgeting, scheduling, quality control, and safety regulations (OSHA). Excellent blueprint reading skills along with the ability to interpret schematics accurately. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively. Experience in construction site management is essential.
