This is an opportunity to provide leadership on a complex project, working closely with dedicated teams in an environment focused on safety, quality, and collaboration. Commercial Electrical Construction Project Manager Benefits & Compensation Competitive compensation based on experience Opportunities for long-term growth and advancement Stable and growing company PTO Health, dental, and vision insurance 401k Commercial Electrical Construction Project Manager Requirements & Qualifications Minimum 3 years of commercial electrical project management experience preferred Experience managing hospital or healthcare construction projects strongly preferred Strong understanding of commercial electrical systems and construction processes Proven experience leading field teams and project staff Proficiency in project management, scheduling, and budgeting software Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Commercial Electrical Construction Project Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities Lead all phases of electrical construction for hospital and healthcare facility projects Supervise and direct Electrical Superintendents, Assistant Project Managers, and field teams Manage project budgets, schedules, forecasting, and cost controls Oversee procurement processes, subcontractor coordination, and material management Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards, NEC codes, and healthcare construction regulations Maintain thorough documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders Foster strong working relationships with clients, general contractors, and project stakeholders Conduct regular project meetings and provide timely progress reports Support workforce planning and productivity to ensure quality workmanship and on-time completion
