Job Description
Senior Superintendent Construction Project Manager Circuit Florida, a private motorsports country club and community, is hiring a seasoned, experienced construction professional to oversee the construction of our 75-acre mixed use development, with the primary immediate build being our 3-story clubhouse building. Circuit Florida is located two minutes from Exit 44 (SR 559) on Interstate 4 in Auburndale, Florida, and 45 minutes from both downtown Orlando and Tampa. This is a multi-phased, multi-year project.

Job Duties:
- Subcontractor and supplier oversight
- Project schedule planning and coordination
- Oversight of construction accuracy and quality control (QC)
- Cost control and budget accountability
- Qualifying and hiring of various construction contractors and vendors
Professional Qualifications & Skills:
- 10+ years of construction supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge in all facets of commercial and multi-family residential construction
- Ground-up and interior renovation construction experience
- Educational degrees in a related field, certifications, and licenses a plus
