EnviroStruct is one of Florida's fastest growing general contractors specializing in mixed-use and commercial projects. Job Description - Superintendent As a Superintendent you are responsible for new building and remodel construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for the overall construction of the projects assigned, include budgets, safety and schedules. Travel may be required Duties to Include, but not limited to:  Provide overall on site management of construction projects from start to finish and ensure timely completion within budget.  Coordinate/Supervise the work with subcontractors at the job site.  Monitor the project schedule and progress to keep it on track. Complete daily reports and daily photo updates.  Coordinate manpower needs and material orders with the Project Manager.  Plan ahead to prevent problems and emerging ones.  Adhere to and monitor that subcontractors are following EnviroStruct, LLCs safety management program.  Employ a professional and positive attitude with Subcontractors, Inspectors, and Clients while resolving questions or issues on the project.  Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specs and submittals.  Ability to coordinate multiple trades and supervise a large group of people.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary.  Strong computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office products are a must.  Ensure quality construction and use of proper construction techniques.
Requirements:
 Proven working experience in construction management  Knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods  Understanding of all facets of the construction process  Leadership and management skills  Excellent time and project management skills  Strong cloud based applications and general computer literacy  Minimum 3-5+ years Commercial Construction Management experience
