Prestigious Ground- Up Property Developer in Broward County is searching for an Assistant Project Manager for Major Luxury Residential Hi-Rise Construction Projects! We are searching for an experienced Assistant Project Manager for Major Luxury Residential Hi-Rise Construction Condominium Projects in Broward County, Florida. The ideal candidate will have diverse experience in the construction project management of Luxury Residential High-Rise Construction condominiums. The Qualifications of the Assistant Project Manager for Special Projects are as follows: Bachelors Degree in Construction Management preferred Minimum of 3-5 years Project Management experience in luxury residential high-rise construction and Site Management experience at a developer is a must Project coordination and organization, Construction documentation management, Cost tracking and budgeting, Communication and negotiation Knowledge of construction methods and scheduling software The Responsibilities of the Assistant Project Manager are as follows: 1. Project Coordination Assist the Project Manager with day-to-day project operations. Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers. Help manage schedules, project milestones, and deliverables. 2. Contract & Document Management Review and track contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders. Manage project documentation such as RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and change orders. Maintain organized project files and logs. 3. Budget & Cost Control Assist with project budgeting and cost tracking. Review invoices, subcontractor pay applications, and purchase orders. Support preparation of cost reports and forecasts. 4. Communication & Reporting Prepare meeting agendas and meeting minutes. Communicate project updates to stakeholders, owners, and consultants. Assist with progress reports and project status documentation. 5. Schedule Management Help monitor construction schedules and identify potential delays. Coordinate with field teams and subcontractors to keep work progressing. 6. Compliance & Quality Control Ensure work complies with plans, specifications, and building codes. Support safety compliance and project quality standards. Assist with inspections and close-out documentation. The company offers an excellent salary, and benefits package.
