This is a position that is heavy on travel supporting our many high-profile customers. This position is ideal for a hands-on construction owner and should have very strong knowledge of multiple construction trades to be able to train and develop crews and crew supervisors as needed. Compensation:

$65,000 - $80,000

Responsibilities:

Ensure each job is completed on schedule with a goal of zero punch items. Maintain project schedules, budgets, and safety compliance. This is a hands-on role where all employees, regardless of title, actively contribute on job sites. Serve as the subject matter expert on project specifications, construction documents, and building codes. Maintain strict safety protocols and conduct site evaluations.

Qualifications:

Strong understanding of construction terminology, estimating, scheduling, and reading construction documents. Must be focused on building relationships with customers and customer representatives while consistently providing a positive outlook even through stressful situations. Extensive proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Strong technical skills across all construction trades.
