Job Description Job Description Job Description The Experienced Construction Superintendent oversees various construction projects of varying sizes, ensuring strict adherence to safety standards and project requirements. This role requires close supervision on-site and direct reporting to the project owner, emphasizing the importance of hands-on management and clear communication. Looking to hire for our Fort Lauderdale project the first week of July. Responsibilities Supervise daily site operations to ensure project progress and compliance Enforce safety protocols and OSHA regulations on-site Prepare and deliver regular reports to the owner on project status Coordinate with teams to maintain quality assurance standards Manage scheduling and resources to meet project deadlines Address and resolve on-site conflicts and challenges promptly Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in construction management OSHA Safety Certification Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of safety regulations Strong team leadership skills Effective communication abilities Problem-solving aptitude Time management expertise Conflict resolution skills Quality assurance knowledge Company Description Most employees have been working for the owner for 13 plus years.
