Job Description Job Description Job Description Construction Interior Superintendent - Class A Office Buildouts (Miami, FL) Blue Collar Services - Miami, FL Full-time Competitive Pay Long-term Opportunity Blue Collar Services is seeking an experienced Interior Superintendent with a strong background in Class A office construction and tenant buildouts . This is a long-term opportunity with a reputable general contractor managing high-end commercial projects in the Miami area.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all on-site construction activities for interior tenant improvement projects. Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and schedules to ensure timely project delivery. Maintain jobsite safety, quality control, and compliance with project plans and specifications. Communicate daily with project managers, architects, and clients to ensure smooth operations. Manage site logistics, inspections, and punch lists to project closeout.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial interior construction . Proven experience with Class A office buildouts and tenant improvements . Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Experience working with general contractors and coordinating multiple trades.
