Construction Project Manager - Owners Rep The Hemispheres - 4.0 Hallandale Beach, FL Job Details Full-time $90,000 - $120,000 a year 1 day ago Qualifications Construction subcontractor management Construction project management PMI Certification Associate's degree Construction project planning Civil Engineering Project management in construction Construction estimating Full Job Description The Owner's Representative / Construction Project Manager (OR/CPM) will serve as the primary on-site representative of the Association, responsible for overseeing all phases of construction and ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with contract documents, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. The OR/CPM acts in the best interest of the ownership, maintaining independence, integrity, and full accountability throughout the project lifecycle. specifications, and contracts Familiarity with construction materials, sequencing, and field execution Project Management Expertise Proficiency in CPM scheduling, budgeting, and cost control Experience with project scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project or Procore Strong background in contract negotiation, administration, and dispute resolution Communication & Stakeholder Management Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to coordinate effectively with engineers, contractors, regulators, Board members, committees, and residents Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to manage relationships and resolve conflicts Independence & Integrity Must operate independently from design and construction firms to avoid conflicts of interest Demonstrates transparency, accountability, and fiduciary responsibility to the Association Regulatory Knowledge Deep familiarity with permitting processes, safety standards, environmental regulations, and labor laws relevant to construction and concrete restoration Education & Certifications (preferred) Bachelor's or advanced degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (preferred) Professional certifications such as: PMP (Project Management Professional) CCM (Certified Construction Manager) Or equivalent Demonstrated proficiency in standard office and business tools, including: Microsoft Excel for budgeting, cost tracking, and data analysis Microsoft Word for report writing, documentation, and contract preparation Microsoft PowerPoint for preparing and delivering project updates to stakeholders
