Allied Contractors, Inc. Allied Contractors, Inc., one of South Florida's most respected and sought-after general contractors, is seeking an experienced Superintendent to join our team. We are looking for a dynamic professional who is bilingual (English/Spanish), solution-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced construction environment.

Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day management of construction projects from planning through close-out. Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field staff to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery. Manage budgets, schedules, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation. Monitor quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to project specifications. Proactively identify challenges and develop effective solutions to keep projects on track. Lead and motivate project teams with a hands-on, collaborative approach.

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of superintendent experience in construction required (commercial or government projects preferred). Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field (preferred but not required). Strong knowledge of superintendent processes, construction methods, and contract administration.

Bilingual:

Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written). Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Proficiency with project management software's and computer knowledge required. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
