With several major projects underway, the team is expanding and looking to bring on an Assistant Project Manager to support the execution of complex, ground-up builds. This is a strong opportunity for someone who already has solid project experience and is ready to grow into a full Project Manager role within a high-performing, fast-paced environment. What You'll Be Doing Support Senior Project Managers in executing high-rise and large-scale construction projects from preconstruction through closeout Assist with project budgeting, cost tracking, forecasting, and change order management Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and project schedules across multiple trades Review drawings, specifications, and submittals to ensure alignment with project scope Track RFIs, submittals, and project documentation using Procore and related tools Help manage project timelines and ensure milestones are met Participate in project meetings with clients, architects, and internal teams Conduct site visits to support field coordination, quality control, and safety compliance What They're Looking For 3+ years of experience in commercial or high-rise construction Experience supporting ground-up projects ($10M+ preferred) Exposure to high-rise, multi-family, or large commercial builds is a strong plus Familiarity with construction financials (budgets, change orders, cost tracking) Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, and/or Microsoft Project Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset Bilingual Spanish preferred Local South Florida experience is a plus Why This Role Clear path to Project Manager and Senior PM growth Exposure to high-rise, large-scale developments (not small projects) Direct mentorship from experienced senior leadership High-visibility role with real responsibility and learning opportunity Strong, collaborative team environment with long-term growth MOHR Talent is an equal-opportunity employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local nondiscrimination laws.
