Responsibilities:

Leading and managing the on-site construction team. Coordinating and overseeing all work on site. Attending production meetings. Reviewing and becoming familiar with the schedule and budget, and ensuring adherence to these. Ensuring quality standards are met. Placing orders for equipment, tools, and materials, and is responsible for equipment and materials on site. Following the project timeline to ensure deadlines are met. Monitoring and ensuring on-site safety compliance, cleanliness, and orderliness. Maintaining records for site personnel such as daily field reports, field orders, and RFIs. Works directly with the project manager, Estimator, and Engineer. Liaising with inspection authorities regarding approvals. Manage subcontractors for all work performed on-site. Manage the overall safety of the project and ensure all personnel have resources to perform their work safely. Provide and conduct performance evaluations for field foremen.

Qualifications:

5+ years of proven leadership or supervisory role. 10+ years of construction experience. Proficient with MS Office Word and Excel. Proficient with scheduling software Ability to lift 50 pounds and to operate heavy equipment. Ability to interpret and build according to drawings, specifications, and other documents. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Outstanding organizational and motivational skills. OSHA 30 certified. Piling Pros is an Equal Opportunity Employer and a Drug Free workplace.

Pay:

$140,000.00 - $155,000.00 per year
