is seeking a bilingual Field Supervisor to join our South Florida team. We are a luxury interior door manufacturer looking for a detail-oriented professional who can manage field measurements and ensure our projects are completed to the highest standards. Requirements Experience in construction, millwork, doors/windows, cabinetry, interior finishes, or a related field Ability to perform accurate field measurements and site inspections Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills Proficient with computers, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word Experience with SketchUp, CAD, or similar drafting software preferred Ability to read plans and construction drawings Strong communication skills and customer service orientation Bilingual (English and Spanish) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Responsibilities Visit project sites to take precise field measurements Create sketches and document site conditions for production and installation teams Coordinate and supervise interior door installations Ensure projects are installed according to plans, specifications, and company standards Communicate with contractors, builders, homeowners, installers, and internal teams Identify and resolve field issues before they impact production or installation Maintain accurate project documentation and reports Conduct final inspections to ensure customer satisfaction Compensation & Benefits Starting at $1,100 per week (based on experience) + Performance-based bonus opportunities Company growth and advancement opportunities
