Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Supervisor based in Jacksonville Beach, FL., field office in North St. Augustine. The Construction Supervisor will oversee daily operations at construction sites, manage teams, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and conduct site inspections to maintain project quality. Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, supervising site activities, resolving on-site issues, and ensuring timely project completion. Qualifications Proven Supervisory Skills and ability to manage and mentor construction teams effectively Experience in Site Supervision and inspection to ensure quality and efficiency Strong Communication skills for effective interaction with teams, clients, and stakeholders Thorough understanding of Construction Safety protocols and practices Familiarity with construction plans, blueprints, and project management systems Ability to handle onsite challenges and make informed, quick decisions Experience in commercial and/or industrial construction strongly preferred High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant certifications or a degree in construction management is a plus
