We perform challenging marine and heavy civil work for USACE and NAVFAC clients, and we're looking for someone who can take ownership of execution from start to finish. This role is not for someone who wants to sit behind a desk all day. We're looking for a detail oriented leader who understands field operations, communicates directly, and takes pride in delivering projects safely, professionally, and profitably. What You'll Do Lead federal marine and heavy civil projects from preconstruction through closeout Create and manage schedules, budgets, RFIs, submittals, and change orders Coordinate field operations and maintain accountability across teams Manage UMX teams and subcontractors on your projects Identify problems early and drive solutions before they impact production Maintain compliance with USACE, NAVFAC, and

requirements Drive project performance while maintaining strong safety and quality standards Work closely with leadership, superintendents, subcontractors, and clients to keep projects moving What We're Looking For 5+ years of federal construction project management experience USACE and/or NAVFAC experience
REQUIRED A
