This role is vital in ensuring that all roofing installations, repairs, and maintenance are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. As a Roofing Supervisor, you will coordinate with project teams, manage subcontractors, and ensure adherence to safety protocols and project specifications. Your leadership will drive project success while maintaining a focus on safety, quality, and timely delivery. Duties Supervise daily roofing operations on construction sites, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and according to project plans and schematics Coordinate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to schedule work phases and allocate resources effectively Monitor construction progress using project scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 and HeavyBid to ensure milestones are met Conduct quality control inspections, verifying adherence to blueprints, schematics, and industry standards Manage safety compliance by enforcing OSHA regulations and conducting regular safety meetings and site inspections Review construction documents including contracts, blueprints, and schematics to clarify scope of work and identify potential issues early Oversee the use of construction management software like ProCore and Bluebeam for documentation, reporting, and communication purposes Requirements Proven supervising experience in roofing or related construction fields with a strong understanding of construction site operations Extensive knowledge of construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, HeavyBid, and Primavera Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately Familiarity with construction estimating techniques and budgeting processes Strong skills in project scheduling, management, and coordination across multiple teams Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and best practices for construction site safety compliance Experience with quality control procedures and ensuring work meets industry standards Proficiency with tools such as ohmmeters for electrical testing when necessary Excellent communication skills with the ability to supervise teams effectively and manage subcontractors Join our team as a Roofing Supervisor if you're passionate about leading impactful projects that make a difference!
