Project Superintendent (Construction)•Southeastern US (Traveling)

$85,000•$110,000 / year +

Reports To:
Director of Construction, CEO, COO, & CFO The Opportunity Integrated Construction, LLC is seeking a high-performing Project Superintendent. We are looking for a field leader who balances technical wood-framing mastery with elite organizational skills. This position offers direct visibility to executive leadership (CEO/CFO/COO) , giving you the autonomy to manage day-to-day field operations, coordinate subcontractors, and drive projects to success safely, on time, and within budget.
Core Responsibilities Field Leadership:
Manage day-to-day on-site operations, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and schedules.
Wood Framing Expertise:
Bring extensive experience in wood framing, including accurate material take-offs and efficient installation.
MEP Coordination:
Direct structural and all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) installations while coordinating subcontractors.
Digital Reporting:
Meticulously utilize Procore daily to track manpower, materials, progress, and safety incidents.
Schedule & Cost Control:
Develop weekly "Look Ahead" schedules, run subcontractor meetings, and monitor project costs.
Safety & Quality:
Enforce all OSHA regulations, maintain a safe site, and implement strict quality control procedures.
Requirements & Qualifications Experience:
Proven track record as a Project Superintendent in the construction industry.
Technical Mastery:
Extensive wood-framing experience and vast knowledge of MEP systems are required.
Software:
High proficiency with Procore for daily updates and reporting.
Certs:
Must hold current OSHA 30 and CPR certifications.
Travel:

Coordinate all on-site activities, managing resources, and resolving any fieldrelated issues. Possess extensive experience in wood framing, including accurate material takeoffs and efficient installation techniques. Demonstrated experience with structural and all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) installations, including coordinating subcontractors and ensuring proper installation and testing. Utilize Procore for daily reporting, meticulously tracking all manpower, materials, equipment, progress, safety incidents, photos, and other relevant project information. Establish and maintain relationships with all shareholders, coordinating activities to ensure seamless execution. Manage subcontractor performance, ensuring quality of work and adherence to schedules and contracts.
