Assistant Superintendent Ground-Up Commercial Construction Palm Beach County, Florida Compensation:
$90,000 - $110,000 + Bonus + Benefits About the Opportunity Our client is seeking an Assistant Superintendent or Junior Superintendent to join their team on a high-profile ground-up construction project beginning in July. This position offers a unique opportunity to work directly alongside one of the company's most experienced and successful Superintendents while helping lead the construction of a new private country club facility in Palm Beach County. For the right individual, this role provides hands-on exposure to every phase of ground-up construction while creating a clear path toward future Superintendent and Project Management opportunities. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who has solid construction experience but wants to accelerate their growth under the mentorship of an exceptional field leader. Compensation & Location Salary Range:
