Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent/Project Manager to lead and oversee complex construction projects from inception to completion. This role combines hands-on supervision of construction sites with strategic project management, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, technical expertise in construction processes, and a passion for driving project success through effective coordination and communication. This position offers an exciting opportunity to manage diverse projects while fostering a safe, efficient, and collaborative work environment. Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and safety protocols. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate seamless project workflows. Oversee daily site operations, including supervising crews, managing subcontractors, and ensuring quality workmanship. Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or other construction management software to track progress and identify potential delays. Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure accurate interpretation and compliance with design specifications. Utilize construction estimating tools and HeavyBid to prepare accurate cost forecasts and manage project budgets effectively. Implement project management best practices using software such as ProCore and Bluebeam for document control, RFIs, submittals, and change orders. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor safety compliance, quality standards, and progress milestones. Manage project documentation meticulously, including daily reports, incident logs, and progress photos. Facilitate effective communication across all project stakeholders to resolve issues promptly and keep projects on track. Skills Extensive experience with construction site management and project coordination in diverse environments. Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Civil 3D, HeavyBid, and other industry-standard tools. Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, contracts administration, and construction estimating techniques. Demonstrated ability to develop detailed project schedules and manage project scope effectively. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in fast-paced settings. Solid understanding of safety protocols and regulatory compliance on construction sites. Effective leadership abilities with a focus on team motivation and conflict resolution. Familiarity with civil engineering concepts and heavy civil construction projects is preferred. Join our team to lead innovative projects that shape communities!
