We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Construction Operations Manager to support daily operations across multiple residential projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, can manage many moving parts at once, takes ownership of getting things done and implementing systems. This position will work directly with ownership, project managers, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to help ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish. Responsibilities Manage permitting processes and coordinate with municipalities Schedule inspections and track permit progress Coordinate procurement, material orders, and delivery schedules Track subcontractor insurance certificates (COIs), contracts, and compliance documents Organize project documentation, proposals, invoices, and selections Assist with vendor communication and subcontractor coordination Support project managers with scheduling and operational follow-up Maintain organized project folders, spreadsheets, and tracking systems Coordinate utility accounts, deliveries, and overall project logistics Assist with change orders, proposals, and project updates Follow up with vendors, subcontractors, and clients to help keep projects moving efficiently Help improve internal systems and operational organization Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in construction administration, operations, project coordination, or residential construction management Ability to read and understand construction drawings, floor plans, and project documents Strong organizational and multitasking skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication and follow-up skills Experience with permits, construction documentation, and procurement preferred Strong attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Excel, and project management software Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Experience in luxury residential construction preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmeny Compensation & Benefits Full-time position
