About Our Client Our client is a well-established South Florida general contractor specializing in multifamily and mixed-use construction. Job Description Oversee full project lifecycle from preconstruction through closeout on multifamily and mixed-use projects }Manage project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor buyout processes Lead coordination of interiors and MEP scopes to ensure alignment with schedule and design intent Interpret construction documents, scopes, and specifications to support execution and cost control Enforce project-level safety standards, quality control, and risk management processes Coordinate with Superintendents, subcontractors, and internal teams to maintain project flow Proactively identify and resolve project risks, change orders, and potential delays MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
