With a growing portolio of high-profile work, particulary in the healthcare space. Seeking a superintendent with a background on hospital new construction and/ or remodels in the local market. Job Description Manage daily on-site construction activities for healthcare projects Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff to ensure efficient workflow Maintain project schedules and proactively address delays or challenges Enforce jobsite safety standards and ensure compliance with OSHA and hospital-specific requirements Monitor quality control and ensure all work meets project specifications Maintain communication with project managers, clients, and stakeholders Oversee inspections, permitting, and regulatory compliance specific to healthcare environments Manage work in occupied hospital settings with minimal disruption MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
