Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations for a fast-paced construction company. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills, ensuring efficient office coordination and support across multiple projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage daily office operations and administrative procedures
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and project documentation
Handle vendor communications, invoices, and purchase orders
Support project managers and field teams with administrative tasks
Maintain organized records, contracts, permits, and compliance documents
Oversee office supplies, payroll coordination, and internal reporting
Ensure professionalism and operational efficiency across departments
Dynamic and collaborative work environment
QUALIFICATIONS
Previous experience in construction administration or office management
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management software
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

3+ years of office management or construction administrative experience

Professional communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, or construction software
