Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations for a fast-paced construction company. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills, ensuring efficient office coordination and support across multiple projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage daily office operations and administrative procedures
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and project documentation
  • Handle vendor communications, invoices, and purchase orders
  • Support project managers and field teams with administrative tasks
  • Maintain organized records, contracts, permits, and compliance documents
  • Oversee office supplies, payroll coordination, and internal reporting
  • Ensure professionalism and operational efficiency across departments
  • Dynamic and collaborative work environment
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Previous experience in construction administration or office management
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management software
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
REQUIREMENTS
3+ years of office management or construction administrative experience
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Professional communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, or construction software
  • Drama-free work ethic: gossip, negativity, and unprofessional behavior are not tolerated
