Job Description:

Conengineers Builders LLC is seeking an experienced Superintendent/Projet Manager to oversee the construction of Gary Matzner Park and manage additional construction-related tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising on-site activities, ensuring quality and safety standards, and coordinating all phases of construction.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily construction activities at the park site, ensuring adherence to project schedules and specifications. Manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and bids, ensuring proper documentation and timely responses. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to maintain project efficiency and quality. Assist in estimating, scheduling, and coordinating resources for both commercial and residential construction projects. Ensure compliance with local codes, safety regulations, and company standards. Monitor progress and provide regular updates and reports to project management.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a construction superintendent on commercial and residential projects. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations. Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Proficiency in construction documentation, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and bid processes. Ability to work effectively on-site and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously. Fluent in both Spanish and English to communicate effectively with team members, subcontractors, and clients. Must have valid work authorization to work in the United States.

Additional Information:

This position requires hands-on involvement on the job site and occasional office work for project documentation. Candidate must be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of problem-solving in a fast-paced construction environment.
