Electrical / Low Voltage (Commercial).

The Opportunity You will serve as a pivotal field leader, orchestrating the production of complex commercial electrical scopes while upholding the highest standards of quality and safety. This role empowers you to manage multiple project sites simultaneously, bridging the gap between project management and field execution. You will join a culture rooted in humility and team-oriented success, where your technical expertise directly drives company growth. How You Will Make an Impact Coordinate daily field operations by executing detailed work plans in collaboration with Project Managers and General Superintendents. Direct field staff and subcontractors to ensure all electrical installations strictly adhere to NEC and Florida Building codes. Solve complex technical issues and site conflicts through proactive troubleshooting and 2-3 week forward-looking schedule planning. Manage project transparency by producing accurate daily reports, material requests, and change orders via company software portals. Monitor site safety and quality control protocols to ensure all work meets the high-level competence expected by our clients. Promote company policies and a positive work culture by mentoring direct reports and participating in quarterly professional training. Required Qualifications & Experience Minimum of 7 years of experience within the commercial electrical contracting industry. Proven ability to manage and lead multiple commercial projects simultaneously. Deep technical knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and Florida Building codes. Proficiency in interpreting blueprints, wiring diagrams, and project specifications to schedule field activities. Possession of all company-required hand tools and specialized electrical testers. Preferred Qualifications & Experience Possession of a valid Journeyman license or equivalent certification. Bilingual communication skills (English and Spanish). Advanced proficiency in using digital project management software and mobile reporting portals. Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay with quarterly profit-sharing opportunities.
