Royal Palm Beach, FL Full-time Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated HDD Foreman & Locator to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing horizontal directional drilling (HDD) projects, ensuring the successful planning, execution, and completion of complex underground construction activities. Your expertise will drive project efficiency, safety, and quality standards while managing resources and coordinating with various stakeholders. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead innovative projects within the construction industry, utilizing your technical knowledge and management skills to deliver outstanding results. Duties Lead HDD projects from inception through completion, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and safety protocols Develop detailed project plans using construction management software such as Primavera P6 and HeavyBid to coordinate timelines, resources, and costs Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to guide installation processes Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and field crews to ensure quality control and timely delivery of materials and services Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, enforce OSHA safety standards, and troubleshoot technical issues using tools like ohmmeters Oversee the preparation of contracts, change orders, and project documentation to maintain compliance and transparency Supervise on-site activities including pipe installation, directional drilling operations, and pipeline integration while ensuring adherence to all safety regulations Experience (Pay Based On Experience) Proven experience in construction management with a focus on HDD or underground pipeline projects Strong background in construction site management including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation Supervising experience leading teams of field personnel and subcontractors in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with construction management software such as Primavera P6, Bluebeam, OSHAsafety standards, and construction estimating tools like HeavyBid Ability to read complex blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately Hands-on experience with construction site equipment including ohmmeters for electrical testing Knowledge of contracts management and project documentation procedures Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards Join us in shaping the future of underground infrastructure!
