Construction Project Manager

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Construction Project Manager and lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex construction projects. This job pays a base salary plus change-order commissions with eligibility for year-end bonuses. A take-home company truck is provided. Duties Lead the development and management of project schedules using JobTread construction management software to ensure timely completion. Oversee all aspects of construction site activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control to meet project specifications. Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless communication and project alignment. Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts thoroughly to verify compliance with design intent and regulatory standards. Manage project budgets by conducting accurate construction estimating and tracking costs throughout the project lifecycle. Utilize tools such as JobTread management software for documentation, reporting, and project tracking. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and conduct regular site inspections to maintain a safe working environment. Read and interpret construction schematics and blueprints to facilitate precise execution of plans on-site. Prepare comprehensive progress reports, change orders, and project documentation for stakeholders. Facilitate effective project coordination by managing timelines, contracts, and communication among all parties involved. Communicate regularly and clearly with all customers throughout the entirety of each project. Skills Proven experience in construction management with strong knowledge of project scheduling using JobTread or similar tools. Expertise in construction estimating, contract administration, and blueprint reading. Proficiency in industry-standard construction management software such as JobTread. Solid understanding of construction site operations combined with hands-on experience in residential and/or commercial projects. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines. Strong communication skills for clear collaboration with clients, contractors, vendors, and team members. Ability to interpret schematics and technical drawings accurately for precise project execution.
