This is a leadership role responsible for guiding project teams, driving financial performance, and delivering exceptional results across complex mechanical/plumbing scopes. If you have experience managing multifamily high-rise or large commercial projects and are ready to lead teams and influence outcomes, this is a high-impact opportunity with a nationally recognized MEP contractor. What You'll Do Lead multiple large-scale mechanical construction projects from start through closeout Manage budgets, financial performance, and project profitability Oversee and mentor Project Managers, APMs, and field teams Coordinate labor planning, scheduling, and resource allocation Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships Ensure quality, safety, and customer satisfaction standards are met Drive project KPIs including Safety, Customer Satisfaction, and Gross Profit Manage change orders, documentation, and project communication What We're Looking For 5-15 years of project management experience (ideal ~10 years) Strong background in: Ground-up construction Multifamily high-rise (strongly preferred) or large hospital/commercial projects Experience managing large-scale projects ($10M+ scope, multi-year duration) Proven leadership experience managing teams (PMs/APMs/field staff) Strong financial acumen (budgeting, forecasting, labor planning) Ability to read and interpret mechanical/HVAC plans (VRF, chilled water, etc.) Experience with project management and estimating tools (Oracle, Accubid, or similar) Excellent communication and organizational skills Work Environment Based onsite at HQ in St.
