What You'll Do Supervise all aspects of on-site operations across multiple commercial projects from Ft. Myers to Tampa Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, and materials to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within budget Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with state and local building codes Serve as the primary on-site representative, maintaining clear communication with project managers, clients, and trades Review plans, RFIs, and field conditions to make proactive, informed decisions Build and maintain strong relationships with local vendors, inspectors, and subcontractors

What We're Looking For Experience:

5+ years as a Commercial Superintendent (tenant improvements, renovations, or build-outs preferred)

Mobility:

Based in or near Sarasota, with willingness to travel throughout the Ft. Myers-Tampa corridor (valid driver's license and vehicle required)

Technical Skills:

Proficient in reading construction documents and schedules; experience with Microsoft Project, Excel, Dropbox, and Gantt charts

Leadership:

Self-driven, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities with strong communication and problem-solving skills
