What You'll Do:

Oversee daily on-site operations from ground-up through final punch-list. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and inspections to ensure timelines and quality standards are met. Maintain detailed and consistent communication with Project Managers and Design Professionals. Troubleshoot jobsite challenges and ensure the build stays true to the design vision. Conduct daily quality control walks and enforce jobsite safety protocols. Keep the site clean, organized, and ready for client or architect walkthroughs at any time.

What You Bring:

5+ years of Superintendent experience in high-end residential construction. Expertise in reading and interpreting architectural and structural plans. Familiarity with Procore , Microsoft Project , or similar construction management tools. Professional communication skills and a calm, confident leadership style.
